When will my delivery arrive
All our items are handmade to order , once your order is ready to be dispatched we will notify you via email , All uk deliveries will be sent next day tracked .
International delivery’s please allow 7 to 10 days after dispatch
What if the Ring I’ve ordered doesn’t quite fit?
We want you to be happy with your jewellery so if you find that the the Ring you have ordered doesn’t quite fit please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.
If for any reason you would like to exchange an item for a different style and its within the return timescale and unworn we are happy to do so , we just ask that you cover the return shipping costs
What Materials do you use
All my pieces are made of solid precious metals
9ct gold mainly and sterling silver
Do you ship internationally
Yes we ship internationally, although there may be additional shipping charges , taxes , and import duties for most countries outside the uk.
Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer
Does your jewellery have a guarantee
We Guarantee that our designs are free from any defects and we will repair or replace an item free of charge if any defect occurs. This does not cover accidental damage and customers should insure their items to cover accidental damage or loss

If you require any help with sizing please get in touch we will be happy to help, we offer bespoke sizing and half sizes.
Please take some extra time when
measuring for your ring size ,The band thickness needs to be taken into
consideration and your hand should not be too hot or too cold to get the perfect fit.
We can offer a free ring sizer upon request, just drop a request in via our contacts page and we will be happy to help
